Too Much Is As Bad As Too Little

In the Analects of Confucius, there is a saying, ‘too much is as bad as too little.’ Whether it is positive or negative, leaning towards one side will cause problems.

Leaning towards positive emotions too much is not that much different from leaning towards negative emotions. This is the same as the Theory of Psychological Symmetry. Whatever that is, having it too much needs to be avoided since it is the cause of having psychological disorders.

Since the mind never changes and operates until the day of death, this old saying cannot be applied, but problems will occur if the conscious or habits lean towards either the positive emotions or negative ones. Imbalance in psychological operations, wounds, expressions, sex, conversations, etc. becomes the causes of psychological disorders. That is why I’m saying that ‘too much is as bad as too little.’

When having psychological operations, if these operations are either self-centered only or other-centered only, it means the psychological operations are leaned toward one side too much. Having too much and/or too less is a psychological disorder. This applies the same to both men and women. Even if men remember positive moods, it is a psychological disorder if they remember too much or too less; it is also a psychological disorder if women remember negative emotions too much or too less even if they remember negative emotions.

Whatever that is, having a moderate amount is psychological stabilization. In other words, it is best for men to pursue fun and interest moderately and to have a moderate amount of wounds for women. Combining these two will result in a combination of joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure of human beings, forming happiness. Therefore, a person must become a PIR (person in relationships) in order to have happiness.

In general, imbalance in psychology is directly related to personality. When looking at psychology system, there are 3 kinds: the system of memory, the system of perception, and the system of expression. When psychology is at work mutually, perception, thoughts, memory, and expression are the cores. At this point, leaning toward one side due to the loss of the balance is called the imbalance of psychology.

The five sensory organs must operate in balance when perceiving information and when expressing psychology. If this balance is broken, various problems will occur, causing psychological problems or disorders. Psychological disorders occur when processing psychology is leaned toward either positive emotions or negative emotions too much.

If the balance of emotions is broken, psychological disorders will occur.
