On human mind and psychology

All human beings have the body and the mind. We all admit the existence of the mind and understand that the mind exists within the body. The body has been more systematically studied than the mind since it is visible and concrete whereas mind is invisible and abstract.

Psychology operates connecting the body and the mind. Psychology has three components : perception, memory, and expression. Psychology of perception transfers external information to the mind through sensory organs. Psychology of memory operates to match perceived information and stored information and store the processed results. These days, the study of human memory is being vigorously conducted by brain science. Psychology of expression operates to recognize in the consicous, which is inward expression, and be manifested as speech, actions, and facial expressions through the body, which is outward expression. The field of psychology focuses on diverse psychological manifestations that are represented through the responses in the body that result from the operation of mind.

The number and types of information operated in perception, memory, and expression are infinite. As the field of psychology has focused on the manifested phenomena rather then the underlying mechanism of mind operation, the number and types of psychological theories have grown to become numerous with each theory attempting to explain each phenomenon. Even today, diverse psychological theories are being developed to explain a certain psychological phenomenon or a group of similar phenomena.

Differently from many conventional theories of psychology, the Theory of Mimind and the Theory of Xesmind are postulated as a theory that attemepts to explain the underlying mechanism of human mind and psychology, and with which psychological treatment methods can be developed to adequately address the root causes of psychological problems manifested as diverse symptoms and phenomena.
