When I was first invited as a speaker at an event held for parents,
I had to think carefully about what to discuss. As I was preparing the speech,
I knew that these parents have had a lot of stress and wounds about themselves.
This speech must not be a laughing matter. I planned the speech to let parents
know about the ways to relieve their stress and wounds within the limited time
that I was given. From here on, I’d like to discuss the principle and methods
of healing that will not be 'killing' parents.
You should consider whether you are healing your stress and wounds
properly. Are you sure you are healing rather than killing yourself? Healing
that provides temporary diversion is different from healing that treats chronic
negative emotions. If you receive treatment for feelings when it is actually
mood diversion that you need, the treatment will be killing instead of healing.
If you try to diverge your moods when you need to treat feelings, the mood
diversion can be killing instead of healing. There is scarcely anyone who knows
this fact, even among famous experts, scholars, speakers, and lecturers. Those
who frequently appear on TV shows do not know this, either.
Lecture, training, broadcasted shows, counseling, the speech of
famous speakers, and books associated with healing mostly discuss the healing
of mood diversion. Until now, I have studied many people’s healing methods and
found a lack of healing method for the treatment of feelings. Although there
may be healing methods that I have not analyzed yet, I have been able to find
only the healing methods for mood diversion so far. This type of mood diversion
creates serious problems with people’s minds, but no one realizes it. Healing
for mood diversion can be killing those who require the treatment of feelings.
If people who require treatment of feelings continuously see, hear, and
understand healing methods of mood diversion, their minds and psychology will
be destroyed and suffer from severe pain and crisis. They may also begin to
pursue fun and pleasure, which is the symptom at the opposite end of the
spectrum. It happens because of ignorant experts who think that healing is good
for all and teach many people without truly understanding the unconscious
operating in the mind.
Many experts say cool things in their speech, lecture, lesson or
speaking events, using proverbs and maxims that are fun and inspirational. It
may be great to listen to, but it can be the worst type of thing for people in
need. Anyone knows that 'good thing is not always a good thing for everyone’.
People do not realize that failing to distinguish between healing and killing
can cause psychological problems.
It is regrettable that experts who provide speech, lecture, or
education do not know whether their speech will be healing or killing for all
the people listening to it. Also, there are many people who do not realize that
these experts’ speech is healing or killing them. They either suffer from
bigger difficulties and pain or become hedonists that pursue pleasure only. It
is very unfortunate. People who provide speech or lecture should know what the
unconscious is. Those who do not know but pretend to know and are proud of
their limited knowledge may be able to give a speech that can diverge people’s
moods and heal them. However, the same speech will be killing those who need
the treatment for feelings.
You probably listened to a lot of speeches, lectures, and training
related to healing including a famous Korean TV show called “Healing Camp”.
However, this book’s content will be a little different from the things that
you have heard on those shows. Some parts may be a little boring for normal
people, but it will help you treat the feelings created from stress and wounds.
