Practical Application

The Theory of Mimind can be adopted in any areas of studies pertinent to humans and human relations such as medical science, academic researches, businesses, education, daily living and etc. The Theory of Mimind can be the standard and principle for understanding the principles of self-realization and happiness, and one can reinterpret it and apply it to ones particular field of interest.

Firstly, various education theories and techniques in the fields of comprehensive education, education psychology, abilities and methods of learning, enhancement of abilities of understanding, concentration, and memory, personality education, alternative education, teaching methods, and lecturing methods could be newly interpreted and developed.

Secondly, various interpretations can be incorporated into the scope of religions. Certainty on the existence of God, realistic faith, relationship between human and God, interpretation of the Scripture and its pragmatic application, distinction of orthodox religions and pseudo religions, social contribution, missionary work, the function and attitude of clergyman, and other miscellaneous areas regarding devotees and clergymen can be included in the scope of religion.

Thirdly, it is the area of psychology. When the Theory of Mimind is applied to the traditional psychological theories, psychological analysis, diagnosis, prediction, prevention and treatment may become facilitated. Also, the study of treatment for both psychological disorders and physical sickness is possible through the research of the correlation of psychology and body.

Fourthly, applying the Theory of Mimind into the areas of counselling methods and psychotherapies to analyze and cure psychological disorders, new counselling techniques and psychotherapies can be invented since counselling and psychotherapy share the coherent principles. Since having developed the Theory of Mimind, I have also been able to improve the techniques of counselling and psychotherapy for treating depression, bipolar disorder, panic attack, addiction, anxiety attack, PTSD, ADHD, somatization, and physiogenic disorder. Therefore, different techniques of counselling and psychotherapy can be developed to cure various sicknesses and disorders.

Fifthly, in the areas of IT, internet, smart phones, and SNS, solutions which can analyze and apply human psychology and emotion along with the existing information can be developed. These include research and development of the system of emotion and robots with emotion, the analysis of emotion, psychological smart phones, SNS capable of many human activities, and the analysis of emotional data.

Sixthly, for the areas of management and business, the psychology of management for business, the psychology of CEO and that of employees, human relations, connection between business and happiness, improvement in productivity and profitability, betterment of business culture, social contribution, the psychology of marketing, the psychology of consumers and buyers, the creation of added value, the development of various business items, business and management ideas, business plans, and management theories could be interpreted and developed to meet the cutting-edge criteria. Understanding human psychology, one can develop plenty of business items and learn the management techniques more easily since business and management are based on human relationships.

Finally, there is even more to offer for the realm of medical science and physiology, and it can be widely utilized in those areas. Medical science and physiology are studied for preventing and curing the diseases. But human body and mind are connected as one unit, and we know that one affects the other and vice versa. The new principle and treatment of physiology and medical science can be developed if the Theory of Mimind can be incorporated into the existing results of contemporary studies regarding human physiology for further study and research. Psychological problems could be a huge causal factor in physical diseases, but this causal relation is hardly explored. Thus, this field has a great potential to grow as there is an extensive range of relevant topics for research.

In addition, the Theory of Mimind can be applied to as many fields as there is, such as society, art, culture, civilization, philosophy, ideology, humanity, history, politics, mass media, and crime investigation, enhanced with better theories and methods.

As far as a field is related to humans, the Theory of Mimind can be applied to its research and development in all likelihood. It is most profitable in terms of being versatile for the development of various theories and techniques and is also capable of generating added values for the future from a business perspective.

The Existence of a person and the self-actualization of a PIR

A person exists, survives and pursues ones own happiness. Hence, everyone has the right of freedom, equality and happiness. A PIR exists in the form of a person, yet achieves ones own meaning and value within the relationship with others. Having our children as parents, we do not only pursue our own happiness, but also pursue the happiness of parents with meaning and value experiencing happiness, anger, sadness, and pleasure of rearing children. Through recognizing childrens expressions, expressing to them, and having them in the mind of parents, ones mind and psychology operate as a PIR. This is the self-actualization of a PIR.

A person pursues his or her own happiness through survival whereas a PIR generates his or her own happiness through self-actualization. meaning 'self' and  meaning 'me' form the word 'self' in the Chinese character, and self-actualization is pursuing the actualization of his or her own meaning and value of existence.

The prime priority in achieving self-actualization is to maintain physical health. Physical health can lead to survival and enable ones own existence. One should exist as a person above anything. The subsequent priority is mental health. When our mind is relaxed and tranquil, we can sense happiness while creating meaning and value of our own existence. When we have these meaning and value of ours, then we naturally tend to be stimulated with the intellectual desire. The psychology of memory begins to work and expands the amount of information in ones own memory. It is not simply for accumulating knowledge but also for achieving self-actualization through stirring up the intellectual desire with much curiosity. Knowledge, skills, experiences, and enlightenment can all fall under the category of the intellectual desire.

Children are better at pursuing self-actualization. In our memory, there are not only positive memories but also negative memories. Adults have too many interfering thoughts when fulfilling their intellectual desire, whereas children lack memories in their lives and try to fill their memory with everything they experience, whether it be positive or negative. Therefore, it is beneficial to have children create as many memories as possible. Having only positive memories as children, they will not have the capacity to distinguish right from wrong and suffer from more stress and wounds when they become adults. Children should be exposed to both positive and negative experiences and remember them. When they learn why it is wrong, this memory becomes their valuable data. Stress and wounds should not be remembered as mere bad memories. What was bad or wrong and what was painful or hurting need to be accurately processed so that children can establish their own thought standards, which will be crucial for their self-actualization.

The working of body and mind

The process of dealing with the influx of external information through five sensory organs is called the psychology of perception. Storing information within ones mind or recalling the memory of information and becoming aware of the past memory is called the psychology of memory. Expressing the information within mind internally or externally is called the psychology of expression. The co-operation of body and mind such as the influx of external information into mind, connecting the memory in the brain and mind, and expressing mind through speech and actions are called psychology.

Mind and psychology are different. When mind is at work within the body, we call that process psychology. Psychology, 心理, literally means the principle of how mind works. Mind is . They are two different concepts. When this existing mind is involved in the act of perception, it is the psychology of perception, the act of remembering, the psychology of memory, the act of expression, the psychology of expression. Therefore, components of a human being are not body and psychology bur rather body and mind.

The contemporary field of psychology has not studied the mind as a whole. Cognitive therapy is the study of psychology of perception. Neuroscience is the study of psychology of memory, and behavioral therapy is the study of psychology of expression. Cognitive behavioral therapy combines the psychology of perception and the psychology of expression.

Modern psychology and psychiatry have done partial studies regarding human mind. Human psychology is triggered by mind to operate, so mind is the original source of human psychology. Since mind has not been studied more in-depth, which is the very source of human psychology, the study of human psychology has been continued for 100 years without much fruition.

The study of human psychology without the understanding of mind will be endless. Ones psychology can never be wrong since it is the outcome of the process of mind. When studying one case of psychological operation, there will be n-1 cases left to study, so it continues as n-2, n-3, n-4, No matter how many cases you study, you would be left with infinite number of cases to be studied.

But there is only one mind. When you understand this one mind which causes human psychology to operate, n will be solved. The Theory of Mimind is the theory that interprets the principles of working of human mind and psychology. Therefore, the Theory of Mimind is the root and core of psychological theory

Meaning and Value

Self-actualization is for a human being to pursue the meaning and value of their existence. The prime importance is for them to exist as human beings, meaning they have to be alive and not dead. Living as a human being allows them to pursue self-actualization. Thus, in achieving self-actualization, the first priority is physical health, then stable psychology, and finally intellectual desire.

Existence is linked with physical health. Physical health enables ones existence. If the body is unwell, ones existence is threatened, and the meaning and value of ones existence is unnecessary. Therefore, health is the first priority.

The meaning of existence is related to feelings and it is formed within ones unconsciousness. Humans try to find this meaning in relationships. Thus, the meaning of existence is connected to mind and usually pursued by women. The value of existence is connected to objects rather than human relationships and is usually pursued by men. Thus, if a man is healthy, he will try to find the value of his existence. Most people do not regard mind, the meaning of existence, important. If a man pursues the value of his existence, he becomes self-centered, and with increased intellectual desire, he tries to accumulate more experiences and works hard. However, he does not hold the concept of mind. Having formed his own memories by his intellectual desire, he considers what he thinks as mind. He cant realize what the meaning of his existence in his mind is.

Man experiences things, accumulates knowledge, and purses value. When he achieves one of the values - economical, relational, or social, he will stop pursuing the value. Then, other questions begin to come to his mind along with urgent desire to pursue other values. What do I live for? Who am I? This is a dangerous phase for man. He is trying to find the meaning of his existence, yet since he can only remember facts, not feelings, he cannot sense feelings and his meaning of existence is nowhere to be found.

When a woman is in a healthy state, she tends to pursue the meaning of mind. It is so crucial to her and she tries to create the feelings of happiness. Without creating the meaning of her existence, her intellectual desire will not be stirred up. But, once she forms her meaning of existence with mental stability and the feelings of happiness, the intellectual desire will occur naturally.

For both man and woman, it is important to pursue their desires in the order of health, mind, and intellectual. Without this knowledge of self-actualization, some people only pursue intellectual achievement and success. The intellectual desire includes experience, study, information, knowledge, enlightenment and etc.

Human beings tend to focus only on their own survival and happiness when they exist as a person. Then, they pursue meaning through stabilizing their mind and feeling happiness as a PIR. Then, they are ready to pursue intellectual achievement or success.

Man, since he cannot sense the meaning of his existence, only pursues the value of his existence, and woman must sense the meaning of her existence before she can pursue the value of her existence. Hence, a woman who pursues both meaning and value is very important and should be protected. Man only recognizes value, but woman knows both meaning and value. When a woman's meaning is disrupted, her value also collapses. Thus, if a woman has a problem in her mind, her man has an issue with his value, too.

Woman should feel the present happiness with her meaning. This is the foundation for her to be able to pursue the future happiness and its value. Value is considered to be sensed in the future rather than at present. Hence, man with his pursuit of the future happiness pursues the future value. Woman may not necessarily pursue the future happiness if she is happy at the present time. She may want to enjoy the present happiness.

Who am I?

Who am I? Ask this question to yourself. If you analyze this question based on the principles of working of mind and psychology, the answer is 'I am myself.'

Humans have mind, consciousness and unconsciousness. There are also three types of psychology, the psychology of perception, the psychology of memory, and the psychology of expression. Memory holds experience and knowledge accumulated through the pursuit of meaning and value until the present moment. Their memory could be vague, but those memories do exist. We only remember what we need. The past memory is our experience and knowledge.

I remember the past experiences and memories, and they can be sensed within consciousness through the present operation of ones own unconsciousness. How many of I exist in this world? How many people have identical experiences and knowledge with mine and even think like me? Memories are different even among twins. I am the one and only me. My parents granted me my body and mind, and it is I that accumulated all the memories within me. I am the one who is thinking based on the memories of my past experience and knowledge regardless of whether they are good or bad. My past holds the memory of experiences and knowledge of its time. The present is what I am thinking now, and the future is what I presume based on my memories.

Thus, there are past, present and future within a human being. They exist inside of me rather than outside. They exist within each individual. My experiences exist within me and my childrens experiences within my children. What I am thinking and sensing is I. The past I does not exist. I am the product of present thought and I recognize and sense myself. In this process, the present thought becomes noticeable through my unconsciousness. Thus, unconsciousness in human mind causes I to exist and help I to know the foundation of who I am.

The absence of knowledge of the operation of unconsciousness leads to the unawareness of I who think in the present moment. That is how I forget the existence of myself and I cannot sense my own being. Who I was yesterday is no longer who I am today since the memory of yesterday is different from that of today. I change constantly until death. No one knows whether it will be a progressive or regressing change, but strictly speaking, the present I does not exist since 'I' am changing every moment. The reason why I cannot find who I really am is because I am changing constantly. I have to take cautions in deciding whether what I think I am at the present time is genuine or counterfeit. Therefore, I can hardly be certain about myself.

I am the center of this world in my own life for I live with my own memories and thoughts. I live for myself not for others, and I need to know who I am. I cannot be others and others cannot be me.

When someone hurts you, you will be angry saying, How could you do this to me? This means I am asking others to understand my wounds because I do not understand my wounds. But others do not understand you. Nobody knows my mind except myself. I am who I am, and only I can sense and understand myself. I am the one and only from birth to death. Then, why do we endeavor to search ourselves and our mind within others?

Why do I live?

Lets think for a moment: Why do I live? There must be reasons why we live as a person or a PIR. What is it to live? If you are dead, you are a corpse, and if you are alive, then you are a living being. The living body exists and the corpse doesnt.

Why do you exist? Living is the most important fact here. I am myself living presently who have the memories of past experiences and knowledge. Why do I exist?, Why do I live this way?

Existence has nothing to do with how well you live. Living itself is the first priority. Then, one can purse the life of meaning and value.  When you ask the above questions, some might say they live to eat, or eat to live. Eating to live and living to eat are two different matters. The former means pursuing meaning and value of existence, and the latter, living an animalistic life. Living is basic preliminary for self-actualization. Eating is necessary for existing, so eating should be for living.

Living to eat involves only the basic survival and eating to live involves pursuing meaning and value in existence. Living to eat is no different from the life of animals. You can be kept like livestock animals, being fed and offered a place to sleep.

Then, why do you want to live, become successful in your own society, or become famous? Why do you want to be rich and hold higher social status? Why do you study? Why do you live this way?

The pursuit of self-actualization is the reason why we exist as human beings. Having remembered the past experiences and knowledge, we still live and think today. As human beings, we all want to live meaningfully with value. It is not that important whether we pursue economic value, relational value or social value. One wants to live meaningfully with ones own value. That is what everybody wants.

Woman needs meaning in her life, and then, she can pursue value. Man lives to pursue value. Human beings will continue to pursue their self-actualiztion until they die. When they stop pursing meaning and value, they do not need to exist anymore. When they lose the answer to 'Why do you live?, it is called retirement. When you retire, you will stop pursuing self-actualization within human relationships, meaning you have been pursuing self-actualization as a PIR so far, but you will live as a person from now on until death.

You have to be able to answer this question, 'Why do you live? You should be able to say, I live to pursue meaning and value in my own life'. This is to achieve self-actualization. I have been pursuing self-actualization and this is the life of a PIR. Even if one only seeks after wealth, one has lived a life of his or her own value. You should not criticize him or her for it. Someone else may have dedicated his or her life to the society rather than making money. It is also worthwhile. You cant really measure or judge other people's lives. The answer to Why do you live? only lies within you.

Mind and Psychology

The standard and principle of human psychology are not complicated. Human psychology always works in everyone, but we simply cannot realize the standard and principle of its working.

Human psychology comprises the psychology of perception, memory and expression. Human mind is made up of consciousness and unconsciousness. The psychology of perception causes consciousness to be aware of the external information, the psychology of memory causes consciousness and unconsciousness to remember and process the stored memory, and the psychology of expression causes unconsciousness to express externally.

Everyone has these three operations of human psychology, and it is easy to understand. We can analyze and treat psychological disorders and verify the psychology of human relationship with this understanding of the operation of human psychology. The studies of humanity, ideology, philosophy, religion, science, humanities, society, politics, economics, culture, art, and the theories and principles of human relationship, are embedded within psychology. Thus, if one can interpret human mind precisely, it is not difficult to interpret the Scripture, Sutra, Koran and other scriptures, and we can learn that human psychology is the very reason behind all things.

We will be able to discover the interrelation between psychological disorders and physical illnesses and carry out the further study on human happiness by associating physiological phenomena already proven by medical science and human psychology. Each person can achieve self-actualization and happiness and can contribute to progress, peace, harmony, order, freedom and equality of the human race. Thus, defining the psychology of perception, memory and expression, and discovering the standard and principle of human psychology are indispensable.

Human psychology from its early development of shamanism[1] and exorcism[2] to contemporary Sigmund Freuds Libido and psychoanalysis, has been continuously researched along with the formation of a variety of psychological theories. All these psychological theories are the theories for counselling and psychotherapy for dealing with human psychology. They are not the theories of human psychology itself, but rather the theories of methods and techniques of how to cure various psychological disorders. Thus, there is no theory of the standard of psychology. There has been continuous progress in developing the methods of treatment in dealing with disorders, but the cause and cure of psychological disorders are not executed accurately. With every new disorder, a new treatment is studied and a new theory is established. I was lucky enough to eventually develop the standard of human psychology, the Theory of Mimind with the purpose of developing a psychology theory that could be the standard for human psychology. The Theory of Mimind as the standard of human psychology will hopefully shed new light on many existing contemporary psychotherapies and be a foundational theory that enables us to define the cause and cure of many psychological disorders.

Human psychology is a set of rules controlling the flow and condition of emotions, and the whole process of recognizing the external information, generating emotions, remembering, thinking, and expressing outwardly.

To understand human psychology, one must understand the rules of the mutual interactions between the human body and mind. The human body has the internal and external organs. The internal organs work for the preservation of life while the external organs work for the psychological operations. The sensory organs such as eyes, ears, the skin, the nose, and the mouth receive the external information into human mind, and then express emotions in mind through the movements of the mouth, arms, legs and facial expressions. The psychology of perception is at work to sense emotions, the psychology of expression to display emotions outwardly, and the psychology of memory to remember facts within consciousness and emotions within unconsciousness. In this way, all these three psychologies of human mind are the standard of human psychology, and control emotion with certain rules and patterns.

Amongst human sensory organs, one particular organ has the function of receiving external information and expressing emotions simultaneously. Our skin is the receptor of the external information and also the medium to express our feelings at the same time. A good example is a mans penis, a part of the skin, which recognizes the sense and expresses feelings at the same time. Thus, the skin and sexual organs can be the point of intersection of human psychology. It can be also the crux of the communion between womans present happiness and mans future happiness.

Thus, the physical contact and the sexual actions can be the core activity in producing mans passion and womans love, and the source of wounds and happiness. Also, the mouth and the parts connected to it perceive taste through the tongue and express outwardly by speech through the vocal cords. Although the tongue and the vocal cords are two separate organs, the mouth may be classified as a sensory organ that is employed in both perception and expression simultaneously.

[1] Shamanism means religious phenomena centered on shaman, meaning person that knows, according to Tungus language. Shamans were able to heal the sick and communicate with the other world amongst Siberians and the Turanian religions.

[2] Exorcism is an activity of casting out demons. Those who cast out demons are called exorcists. It is one of the main sources for horror movies. Casting out demons among the catholic is exorcism and also it is conducted in many other religions too.

The Psychology of Perception

The human body and mind are one. Humans' sensory organs act as a bridge between the human body and the psychology of perception. The external information received through sensory organs are sensed and stored, and the human psychology operates to process emotions. Sensory organs receive the external information through the eyes, the ears, the skin, the nose, and the mouth (and the tongue).

We call the information received through the eyes 'sight', through the ears 'hearing', through the skin 'touch', through the nose 'smell', and through the mouth 'taste'. They are called the sensory information. These five organs turn the external information to sensory information.

The external objects and phenomena go through the five sensory organs, and then they become sensory information, which can be sensed as psychology. The information of sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste go through the synthetic process, and then they are combined to form a single sensory information. This information of sensation contains feeling and the conscious becomes aware of this information which we call emotion if it is sustained. Thus, emotion is sustained thoughts and feelings.

This process is called the psychology of perception in which five sensory organs receive the external information and the unconscious generates emotion and acknowledge it as the emotion for the perceived external information. The information received on your skin is combined with feelings, and then your skin can sense it as good or bad feelings.

The constant input of the external information will maintain sensory information and the information of sensation, and then one can sense emotions consciously. But, if there is no sensory information without the input of the external information, the generation of the information of sensation will come to a halt, and one cannot sense emotions. When the input of the external information is stopped, it leads to the incapacity to sense emotions; this state of temporary emotion is called mood. However, when you still feel mood even though both the input of external information and the information of sensation have stopped, we call it feelings. This is possible due to the unconscious operation of habits associated with the stored information.

Migenes (The gene of mind) turn the external information, received through sensory organs, into sensory information. The way this sensory information can be recognized as the information of sensation within ones thought results from the work of unconscious habits dealing with the result of migenes. When man and woman receive the external information and process them into sensory information, their migenes work differently. Thus, man and woman recognize the external information as different sensory information and have different awareness.

For man, if sensory information fits his standard of future happiness, then it will create positive mood within him. If not, it will simply be removed and won't be transformed into the information of feeling. Thus, man is sensitive to sensory information, and he will try to have fun and pleasure, which will bring about the moods of passion and happiness by the operation of his sensory organs.

On the other hand, for woman, the information of sensation has to fit her standard of present happiness. The information of sensation is decided by the unconscious habits while processing the input of sensory information by Migenes. Negative feelings are healed to create a void of feelings so that this information of sensation can help the pursuit of the present happiness and create positive feelings. So, woman is sensitive to the information of feeling and wants to maintain the feelings of love and happiness.

For woman, it continues as the information of feeling and for man it stays as sensory information. Man can generate passion of mind energy through sensory information and woman can generate love of mind energy through the information of feeling. They both have sensory information and the information of feeling. However, I say that man doesn't have the information of feeling since there is an uncomparable difference between man and woman's information of feeling.

Both man and woman receive the external information through sensory organs in the same way. But, when the information of each sensory organ is combined to form one sensory information, man and woman function differently and they also feel different as well. This is because migenes of man and woman operate differently toward the information of sensation. It is also different for each individual, for distortion takes place when sensory information is colligated. It is also varied depending on how many sensory organs function at a time.

For example, if you drink the juice of onion, you are aware that it is onion juice from the visual information through your eyes, its smell through your nose, and from the taste in your mouth and tongue. If you blindfold your eyes and block your nose, you are unable to receive the information of sight and smell. When you drink it, you will get the information of taste through the mouth and the tongue. You will then taste something different rather than an onion. The fact became distorted and then recognized.

How many sensory organs are used to receive information will determine how the external information is recognized. The more sensory organs are used, the more accurate the recognition of the information will be. Thus, if one has problems with sensory organs, one cannot recognize the external information accurately, and may even distort the fact. This will generate different information of sensation and feeling.

For the amount of information received and interpreted through each sensory organ, the information of sight is the largest, then hearing, touching, smelling, and the taste comes last. The amount of the distortion of external information also differs in the order of the disorder of sight being the largest, then hearing, touching, smelling, and taste.

When distorting the external information, feelings and emotions will be manifested in different ways. Distorted recognition of external information will lead to the distortion of ones own sensory information and the information of sensation. Then, at the point of turning them to the information of emotion, it can also be distorted. Thus, one should consider these two cases of distortions and keep in mind that the perceived information can be different from the actual fact. In such a way, it is called the error of perception' when the external information becomes distorted.

This error of perception happens more frequently among women than men. Since woman processes information further than man does, the possibility of distortion is highly likely for woman. This is because man is more sensitive to sensory information and feelings whereas woman is more sensitive to emotions based on the information of feeling.

There are more male experts in jobs that require sensitivity to sensory information and female experts in jobs that require sensitivity to the information of emotion. Man takes up more positions in the jobs which utilize sight, hearing, touching, smelling, and tasting. If woman becomes an expert in this kind of job, psychological disorder may occur in her since she has to be very sensitive to sensory information, and vice versa.

However, the proof of the existence of psychological disorder does not mean that there are mental problems. It simply means the disorder occurred within ones psychology. If one has the capability of harmonizing sensory information and emotion, or habits of solving problems, the psychological disorders do not necessarily need to be treated since he or she can still pursue the happiness for him or her and others. Thus, psychological disorders are not all problematic, but only the ones that cause troubles and damage in one's life and relationships are.

Some successful experts have psychological disorders since they have maximized their psychological capacity, so their capacity for concentration and memorizing have been maximized, and all these can lead to psychological disorders. In other words, without psychological disorders, human civilization would not have evolved, let alone any invention of new things.
