Communion and Happiness

Communion means 'to make contact and exchange emotions with each other.' The communion of a man and a woman means sharing the man's passion and the woman's love through physical contact as sex. Ultimately, the method of communion is the method of sharing men's passion and women's love.

Men's passion and women's love are emotions; men's passion is the power getting immersed in fun and interest whereas women's love is the power of treating wounds. Therefore, men express their passion outward in forms of speeches and actions; the speeches and actions allow them to immerse in fun and interest. Simultaneously, when women's love is expressed outwardly, conversations for understanding and comfort must be done in order for the wounds to be treated by speeches and actions. As the medium of this, sex is being used.

Therefore, the method of combining men's expressions of passion and fun and women's expressions of love and conversations is the method of communion. Relating to sex, if men pursue fun and interest with passion towards women and if women get the love received from the men and pursue conversations of comfort, communions can be made.

Passion is generated within a man if he perceives his counterparty as a woman as he wants to make psychological operations and as he gets the desire for the devotion that makes him do whatever he can do for the woman. If the fun and interest of sex are combined together at this point, very strong energy of passion can be created. A woman wants to have sex as xes psychology operates when she gets the mind of loving her counterparty; if comfort and encouragement through conversations are shared, very strong energy of love can be made.

Moreover, in this process, the man's devotion to his woman operates as stress, but as he obtains the power of enjoying the stress, his passion and desire for achievement become strengthened. For women, as their wounds get treated by the emotion of love and conversations, the energy of love becomes stronger. Thus, women want to have conversations since they treat their wounds with the emotion of love; as they want to confirm and keep the love, they make present happiness through sex.

Men's passion and fun and women's love and conversation are the 4 elements of communion. If any of these is missing, communion is impossible to be made; all of these elements must operate simultaneously in order to have communion. This is the method of communion.

Sex without love and conversation cuts off communion for women whereas, for men, sex without passion and fun cuts off communion. Due to negative emotions generated and being operated only as consuming energy, this becomes the cause of psychological disorders.

If problems occur in human relationships of a man and a woman, conversations disappear first. Especially, they stop talking about what they truly think in their mind. If one stops talking about his or her true mind, the other also stop talking about his or her mind. When this really happens, sex between the man and the woman also disappears. The human relationship of the man and the woman is over. If they are a married couple, their lives become like an empty shell without communion.

Thus, if problems occur in a man-woman relationship, conversations must be recovered first, starting from talking about oneself and communicating with the counterparty to talking about one's true mind and having conversations that both listen to. Then, sex will be recovered naturally. If it is not applied in this order, the man-woman relationship cannot be recovered.

Motivations and Practices of Communions

Men and women's communions are the combination of men's passion and fun and women's love and conversations by sexual relations. When having communions at this point, motivations and practices are required. These two play very important roles when techniques of communions are combined. Of course, the order doesn't really matter, but it is better to be progressed following the flow in order for communions to last longer.

Motivation hear means leading the counterparty; practice means conducting in reality. In communions of sexual relations motivations and practices are very important.

There are two methods in the communions of sexual relations. One is the techniques of temptation, which are the method of communions of xes psychology; the other is the techniques of pleasure, which are the techniques of xes actions.

So far, the methods of exchanging xes psychology are what women have wanted; the techniques of pleasure of enjoying sex are what men have wanted. I am not saying that these two are wrong or bad. However, when it comes to communions, these must be operated in the opposite way. That is to say that, men must know the methods of exchanging xes psychology whereas women must know the techniques of pleasure of enjoying sex. this way, the communions between men and women can last longer.

First of all, emotions need to be excluded when pursuing and imagining fun and interest through conversations. it is exchanging opinions without letting emotions control the situations when having conversations. Especially, talking about sex allows the mind to be more comfortable. Then women can treat their wounds through the conversations; men's passion becomes strengthened due to the operations of xes psychology.

If men's passion becomes strengthened, various ideas of sex will be generated as they get through lots of imaginations; women get to choose and decide one of these many ideas. Emotions must be excluded up to this point. If emotions are included, negative emotions through expressions like saying 'pervert,' 'I don't like that,' etc. are going to be included. Therefore, talking about sex with emotions being excluded is the process of making communions of the conscious.

The right order is that men suggest ideas through conversations first and let women choose and decide one of the ideas. This is motivation. Women must lead. Then men make what women have chosen practices. Love and passion make communions this way.

For instance, when choosing what to eat for a meal, that a woman saying "I want to eat that' is the lead (motivation). Then, all of that the man chooses the menu she has decided, enjoying the meal, and paying the bill are the process of practices.

When these happen, passion and the desire for achievement will be generated for the man. As for the woman, she will be thankful for the man for accepting her opinions and will be able to form love and happiness as her wounds in the mind get treated as well. This way men's passion and women's love form communions.

For reference, the method of exchanging xes psychology the men must learn is the method of moving the counterparty's mind such as how to have conversations considering factors like circumstances, atmosphere, and environment, how to decide (lead) atmosphere, the method of how men's and women's psychology operate, how to have the same mind, etc.

Moreover, the techniques of pleasures that women need to learn are the methods of expressing xes psychology. These are the techniques of making expressions about sex and expressing emotions. There are various methods of sexual techniques such as fashion, exposure, jacking off, sex positions, sounds, insertion, etc. 'The method of exchanging xes psychology of men' and 'the techniques of pleasure (techniques of sex) of women' can be learned in Xes Therapy.

Conjugal Happiness and Communion

When a woman saying that she has received love from a man means that she feels the woman's happiness in the romantic relationship as the man's passion and the woman's love commune with each other. Also, since having the wife's happiness is having happiness by giving love to her husband as a wife, in the end, it is the same as having communions within the conjugal relationship. In other words, whether it is a romantic relationship, or it is conjugal relationship, it means that passion and love have made communion having sex as the medium.

However, between a husband and his wife, people tend to consider their conjugal relationship more important than their romantic relationship. It is because they perceive the romantic relationship as if it is not the conjugal relationship. Strictly saying, sex is the communion of love and passion not in a conjugal relationship but in a romantic relationship. In the romantic relationship, the love and passion commune with each other using sex as the medium whereas, in conjugal relationship, psychological communion is made. Thus, the conjugal relationship can be happy only when it is based on a romantic relationship.

In conjugal relationship, the husband will form communion that generates happiness if he joys and feels fun when the love is given to him; in the parent-child relationship, the children will form communion that generates happiness if they joy and feel fun when the love is given to them. This is how the woman feels present happiness.

But the men's future happiness is a thing that is pursued based on passion and the desire for achievement and is not related to women's happiness. However, they can make communions only through people whom they love unconsciously or people whom they consider as themselves. This is the phenomenon of being formed in the unconscious unknowingly.

When a woman gets present happiness, the man also gets present happiness as he makes communions psychologically with the woman. Due to this, the man's psychology becomes stabilized and comfortable, making his passion and desire for achievement much stronger. The man feels psychologically comfortable if his passion and desire for achievement become stronger and activated. These passion and desire for achievement go towards the woman, his counterparty.

Men always say, 'why do you think I go out for work? don't you ever think that I work hard for you and children? We need money to live well!' whereas women flatly reject men's saying by saying that 'you are doing it because you want it.' All of these are caused because the men and the women do not know their psychology.

Numberless communions are being made as a woman receives love from a man, as a wife gives love to her husband, and as a mother gives love to her children. If a woman becomes happy this way, man's passion and desire for achievement become activated as he has the communion of the unconscious that makes him treat his woman as if she is himself. Then, he gives the activated passion and desire for achievement in the form of love to the woman as he communes with her. Having this structure of the right function is the communions for the happiness of conjugal relationship, which is the man-woman relationship.

Women must know and understand this if they want to be happy. Communions that men feel are invisible since they appear in forms of the love of the unconscious, but they really exist. However, women do not know; due to this, it is impossible for men to give passion and desire for achievement to women. Men cannot give their passion and desire for achievement even though they want to give. Why? It is because women forget that they are women as they live as wives.

As this circulation structure is broken, communions for conjugal happiness is also cut off as the husband and the wife live. If communions cannot be made, men's passion and women's love will disappear. Ultimately, a man gets passion generated to make communions with his counterparty when he perceives her as a woman. So, it must be understood that men's habits are formed by women. Women can help men Women can help men to change to be better.

The effect of knowledge education on children's psychology

What children are exposed to in formal or informal education is knowledge education. Knowledge education is necessary and essential in preparing children for pursuing economic, relational, and social values in life when they become adults. They need to not only accumulate knowledge but also learn how to keep accommodating new knowledge throughout their lifetime. However, knowledge education necessarily induces stress and wounds in children's psychology, and it is only natural that children develop psychological problems in the process.

Children manifest diverse psychological problems due to stress and wounds depending on different developmental phases, which are survival, adaptation to relationships, and formation of self-identity. Children's psychological problems are manifested as diverse symptoms including tic disorder, Tourette disorder, ADHD, developmental delay or disorder, game and internet addiction, intermittent explosive disorder and more. Unfortunately, these symptoms are diagnosed as psychological disorders based on adults' point of view rather than children's point of view.

As knowledge education is reinforced when a child already has diverse psychological problems, it only aggravates the condition. In the end, the psychological problems may be fixed as psychological disorders when they become adults. Knowledge education is important but it must also be noted that knowledge education can aggravate children's psychological conditions by adding stress and wounds.

Children with healthy psychology are also likely to develop psychological problems when knowledge education is overly emphasized. It is not just a coincidence that we see the co-occurrence of reinforced knowledge education and psychological problems in children in some societies.

It is important for teachers and parents to understand the relationship between knowledge education and psychological problems and take cautions against burdening children with excessive amount of knowledge education. It is also important for teachers and parents to learn how to solve and prevent children's psychological problems once they may occur.

Through Mother Therapy, mothers can learn how to help children to get knowledge education and still maintain healthy psychology. Mothers can build the ability to not only solve their children's psychological problems, but also prevent them.

You should not blame circumstances or the society for problems of parenting

It is commonly said that children grow differently depending on their rearing environment. It is often believed that children who grow in a single parent family, or a family under the influence of violence will have problems. Such views come from the trend that blames circumstances and the society for problems of parenting and children’s psychology.

From the perspective of Mother Therapy, which is based on the Theory of Mimind and Xesmind, the most important factor that affects the child’s psychological development is the mother. It is postulated that children will grow with healthy psychology when the mother has healthy psychology. Children who have mothers with distorted or wounded psychology still have the chance to grow with healthy psychology when the mother tries and makes efforts to provide her children with the best support she can. The worse cases of children’s psychological problems are found in children whose mother does not do her best in parenting but blames circumstances, the society, and other people.

Of course, circumstances and environments affect children’s acquisition of knowledge and formation of habits. Habits in the unconscious and memory are affected by knowledge and experiences, and psychological perception and expression will reflect knowledge and experiences. However, mothers’ psychology and parenting have much greater effects on children than circumstances and environments. Mothers’ parenting can be powerful enough to override the effects of all other variables.

Mother is the only person who children can psychologically connect with and take as the basis for forming standards for thoughts and feelings. Father is a parent, too, but father’s role is more of the protector of the family rather than of psychological nurturing. Mother has much greater influence on children’s psychology. When mothers neglect nurturing children from diverse reasons, children’s psychology are likely to develop problems.

When children build the ability to address their own psychological problems through mothers’ adequate parenting, they will be able to skilfully maneuver on their own through different obstacles in their journey of life. All the obstacles may make them grow even stronger and taller. It is only mothers who can help children build habits of healing psychological stress and wounds. From this perspective, blaming circumstances and the society guides neither mothers nor children in the right direction.

Also, relying on other people for solving children’s psychological problems is not recommended. They may do their best to help children, but they do not have the ability to affect children as their own mothers do even if they want to. It is not to say that mothers must give up their own life and career to stay with their children all day everyday. It is to say that only mother’s unconscious love combined with adequate parenting strategies can reach children’s mind and psychology for a real change. Children’s psychology is affected not by circumstances or the society but by mothers’ parenting methods.

Mother’s maternal love is the best medicine for treating children’s psychological problems

Mother’s maternal love is feelings of love from giving that operate in women’s unconscious. Feelings of love from giving operate differently from feelings of love from receiving. Maternal love is the source of feeling happiness for women, which is achieved by unconsciously giving love to loved ones including a man the woman loves, her children, and other family members. Children are the ones toward whom the maternal love is activated the most. Any mother who has maternal love can make children happy and solve their psychological problems.

However, when mothers do not understand children’s psychology, not recognize the importance of maternal love, and not have the ability to properly address psychological problems of their own and their children’s, both mothers and children are to suffer from diverse problems. Then, mothers cannot make use of their own ability, blame themselves and others, not receive enough attention from their husband, only to deepen their psychological wounds.

In some cases, as wounds grow further in mothers, they may develop dissociation of wounds manifested as different types of addiction. Then, they pursue only their own positive moods and pleasure neglecting child rearing. They blame circumstances or other people for children’s psychological problems and then, children’s psychology continues to deteriorate.

In the Theory of Mimind and Xesmind, it is postulated that women can stabilize their own mind and psychology by activating feelings, and also stabilize the mind and psychology of loved ones (husband, children, & other family members). Many problems of human psychology can be solved by understanding the operational mechanisms of mind and psychology, and misunderstanding may lead to sufferings and undesirable consequences.

Maternal love is the most important factor in children’s psychological development.

Both the mother and the child can become happy when the operational mechanism of children’s psychology is understood and maternal love is properly activated. When mothers learn treatment techniques of child psychology and apply them combined with maternal love, they can effectively address all the matters regarding children’s psychology as an active agent. It is hoped that all mothers realize that maternal love is the root source of children’s happiness and have an opportunity to take Mother Therapy.

Building the ability to heal stress and wounds in your children

In Mother Therapy, mothers are guided to activate their unconscious in the interactions with children, which is very natural in the mother-child relationship. Mothers who apply Mother Therapy to their children and experience the effects of Mother Therapy say that they do not know how exactly their children have restored normal psychology. Mothers themselves have solved their children’s psychological problems, but they do not think that they are the major agents in the treatment process.

For example, the symptoms of tic disorder disappear when the child has the ability to heal stress and wounds. The symptoms of tic disorder is not a disorder, but rather a phenomenon of somatization, which is compulsively activated by stress. These symptoms simply disappear in no time once the child has the inner system of healing stress and wounds.

In the process of applying Mother Therapy, the symptoms of tic disorder may repeat disappearing and appearing a few times until they never recur. Mothers usually do not recognize exactly when the symptoms disappeared, which indicates that mothers have not used the conscious in the interactions with children. Once children build the inner system of healing stress and wounds, it stays with them for their whole life time. It is their mothers who make them build this healing system.

Mothers can bring about many positive changes in children. Please, continue to apply the parenting strategies you have learned in Mother Therapy. It is also recommended that mothers continue to participate in the on-line community of [Members Only]. There may be individual differences in the time taken for visible changes in children, but it is guaranteed that children will change for better soon. They will change to become their true self being healthy and happy.

The concept of mothers treating children’s psychological problems is the same as preventing psychological problems. Treatment methods of child psychology is identical to prevention methods of psychology. They will enable children to protect their own psychology before psychological problems occur.

Children form methods of psychology treatment in the unconscious through interactions with their mother. Then, they will not develop psychological problems due to stress and wounds as they grow and live as adults since they can activate habits of treatment and prevention before their psychological conditions get serious.

Forming habits in the unconscious takes time. Mothers can apply the parenting strategies continuously in daily interactions so that children can form habits of healing their own psychology. No one has to suffer from children’s psychological problems any more.

The habits of healing stress and wounds for prevention and treatment will be the best gift a parent can give to children. All of us are to be exposed to stress and wounds throughout our life time, and the ability to solve our own psychological problems must be something so precious that money can’t buy. Now, you have the opportunity to give this precious gift to your children through Mother Therapy.

You have always been and will always be good mothers. Your children who have built the inner system of healing stress and wounds will also become good parents and they will thank you for that. We hope that Mother Therapy will contribute to building happy homes everywhere at present and in the future.

The process of psychological development of human beings

The process of psychological development of human beings must be understood first in order to understand the mechanisms and methods of Youth Mind Training and Mother Therapy.

The process of psychological development of human beings adopted in Youth Mind Training and Mother Therapy is based on the Theory of Mimind and Xesmind, so it is quite different from the conventional ideas currently adopted in the field of psychology and psychiatry. The concept of the process of psychological development adopted here is simple, but it is a crucial concept in psychology treatment for children and teenagers providing the skeletal construct for the design and effects of the therapy.

[The process of psychological development]
- Under age 5 : The phase of survival
- Age 5 to 13 : The phase of adaptation to relationships
- Age 13 to 20 : The phase of formation of self-identity
- Over age 20 : The phase of self-actualization

The Theory of Mimind categorizes the process of psychological development into 4 phases. Human mind does not change but stays the same all throughout the life time. It is human psychology and unconscious habits that can change depending on circumstances and experiences. The alteration of the unconscious comes from the alteration of habits, and it is not from or about the alteration of mind. Human psychology consists of three components : perception, memory, and expression. The process of psychological development involves the process of psychological changes as a result of the operation of mind and psychology at each phase.

* Phase 1 : The phase of survival (under age 5)

In this phase of psychological development, children’s psychology is focused on preparing for survival with healthy body. Providing knowledge education may not be effective and even cause adverse effects for the present and the future.

* Phase 2 : The phase of adaptation to relationships (age 5 – 13)

Once the probability of survival as a human being is secured, children’s psychology begins to focus on learning about and adapting themselves to human relationships. They try to adapt themselves to relationships with people around them including parents, siblings, and other family members. Then, they expand their relationships to those with teachers and friends. Their psychology does not yet focus on academic achievement itself in this phase.

* Phase 3 : The phase of formation of self-identity (age 13-20)

This phase starts around 4th or 5th grade in elementary school and continues until they graduate from high school. Once they have learned to adapt themselves well in relationships with people, children begin to form their own thought standards to prepare themselves for self-actualization in their adulthood. This phase is not for self-actualization itself but for forming standards for self-actualization though trial and error.

Children form habits of adapting themselves to relationships in the phase 2 and form habits of pursuing self-actualization in the phase 3. These habits form one’s own thought standards. Children and teenagers are flexible, resilient, and quick to learn and accommodate different habits with great capacity for perception and memory.

In the phase of adaptation to relationships, understanding and rationality are not taken as top priority, so children in this phase tend to listen to parents and teachers and follow directions as guided. However, teenagers in the phase of formation of self-identity need understanding and explanation for all matters since their psychology requires them to form habits for their own thought standards. They cannot accept what they cannot understand. They always try hard to understand what is going on around them, and naturally generate stress and wounds in the process when the phenomenon they deal with does not accord with their thought standards.

This mechanism explains the phenomenon where teenagers tend to confront adults over diverse issues or rebel and wander about. It is all because they try to understand or they do not understand why the matter goes the way it does. They will express and argue for their own thoughts and feelings and persist on keeping their own ways when they are stopped or restrained.

Teenagers consider rationality and understanding very important. They are stressed and wounded when they cannot accept through understanding, causing many of them experience psychological difficulties. They cannot and should not avoid this process since it is only teenagers themselves, not parents or teachers, who must form habits for their own thought standards.

The mechanism of psychology treatment for teenagers in the phase of formation of self-identity (Age 13-20)

Understanding children’s developmental process of psychology helps understand the training and the treatment mechanisms of Youth Mind Training and Mother Therapy. The psychological development process adopted by the Theory of Mimind may be different from those adopted by conventional fields of psychology and psychiatry. The concept of the process of psychological development is essential in designing and implementing the training and treatment methods of Youth Mind Training and Mother Therapy.

[The process of psychological development]
- Under age 5 : The phase of survival
- Age 5 to 13 : The phase of adaptation to relationships
- Age 13 to 20 : The phase of formation of self-identity
- Over age 20 : The phase of self-actualization

Psychological problems occur in teenagers in this phase when the information that does not accord with their thought standards continues to flow in making their psychology unstable. It is necessary to analyze what thought standards are formed in them and add new thought standards or form adequate thought standards to stabilize their psychology.

Thought standards in boys in this phase are formed to judge information as right ones and wrong ones. Thought standards they already have can be analyzed and then, distorted thought standards can be corrected and changed so that what used to be perceived as wrong information can be changed to right information or vice versa. Then, psychological problems automatically disappear, and adequate thought standards are naturally formed and psychology is stabilized.

In case of girls, their thought standards are formed to judge information as liked ones and disliked ones. Thought standards they already have can be analyzed and then, distorted standards can be corrected and changed so that what used to be perceived as disliked information can be changed to liked information or vice versa. Then, psychological problems automatically disappear, and adequate thought standards are naturally formed and psychology is stabilized.

In case of children between age 11 and 15, when the phase of adaptation to relationships and that of formation of self-identity may overlap, it must be first determined which phase will be used as the reference point for psychological adjustment. In case of teenagers between age 18 and 29, when the phase of formation of self-identity and that of self-actualization may overlap, it must be also first determined which of the two phases will be used as the reference point for psychological adjustment.

Psychology and happiness of children in the development phase of formation of self-identity (age 13-20)

This is the period when children form their own thought standards. They try hard to perceive and accommodate as much information as possible necessary for forming thought standards. They employ adequate strategies for adapting themselves to relationships as the basis for forming thought standards in relationships. They begin to pursue self-actualization when they become adults based on the thought standards formed in this period.

Boys in the phase of formation of self-identity determine their thoughts based on their moods. Boys have thought standards that bifurcate external information as being right or wrong. When the information that flows in accords with their thought standards, it induces positive moods. When it does not accord with their thought standards, negative moods. Negative moods operate as stress and positive moods as fun and pleasure. Therefore, boys can be psychologically stabilized and feel happy when they have fun and pleasure with positive moods, but they are psychologically destabilized and feel unhappy when they have stress with negative moods.

On the other hand, girls’ thought standards are connected with feelings instead of moods, and they form thought standards based on likes and dislikes. Positive feelings are generated when the information that flows in accords with their own thought standards, and negative feelings when it does not accord with their thought standards. Therefore, girls can be psychologically stabilized and feel happy when they sense love and happiness with positive feelings, but they are psychologically destabilized and feel unhappy when they sense wounds with negative feelings.

The phase of formation of self-identity is the period when teenagers form their own thought standards based on the criteria of right and wrong or likes and dislikes. It is typical that teenagers in this phase experience trial and errors in many areas of their life.

- Age 13 to 20 : The phase of formation of self-identity

Psychological problems occur in boys in this phase when negative moods of stress operate in relationships. Boys’ psychology can be restored when positive moods of fun and pleasure can be generated in relationships. Psychological problems occur in girls in this phase when negative feelings of wounds operate in relationships. Girls’ psychology can be restored when positive feelings or feelings of love can be generated in relationships.

The most crucial factor in solving psychological problems in the phase of adaptation to relationships is children’s perception of the specific relationships. The focus of psychology treatment for children in this phase must be on normalizing the problematic relationships so that boys become to have fun and pleasure with people around them and girls become to like people around them.

Psychology treatment for children at age 3 to 7 must address the psychology of both survival and adaptation to relationships. Psychology treatment for children at age 11 to 15 must address the psychology of both adaptation to relationships and formation of self-identity.

Psychology and happiness of children in the development phase of adaptation to relationships (age 5-13)

- Under age 5 : The phase of survival
- Age 5 to 13 : The phase of adaptation to relationships
- Age 13 to 20 : The phase of formation of self-identity
- Over age 20 : The phase of self-actualization

Children form habits and memory required for adapting themselves to relationships during this period. When they grow with psychological stability during the phase of survival by being provided with adequate environment for survival, they begin to focus on adapting themselves to relationships. The psychology of children at this phase is determined by how children perceive relationships with people around them. Relationships children are usually exposed to during this period include relationships with parents, siblings, other family members, teachers, and friends. They learn how to form and maintain relationships through trial and error.

Boys categorize relationships into right ones and wrong ones. They form habits and memories based on their experiences of relationships that are right or wrong. A relationship is perceived as a right one when they can derive positive moods of fun and pleasure from the relationship, and it is perceived as a wrong one when negative moods of stress are generated from the relationship. Boys feel that they are happy and their psychology is stabilized when positive moods of fun and pleasure are generated, but feel they are unhappy and their psychology is destabilized when negative moods of stress are generated.

On the other hand, girls categorize relationships into ones they like and not like. They form habits and memories based on their experiences of relationships that they like and not like. A relationship is perceived as a liked one when they can derive positive feelings or feelings of love from the relationship, and it is perceived as a not-liked one when negative feelings of wounds are generated from the relationship. Girls feel that they are happy and their psychology is stabilized when positive feelings and feelings of love are generated, but feel they are unhappy and their psychology is destabilized when negative feelings of wounds are generated.

- Over age 20 : The phase of self-actualization

The psychology of children under age 5 is focused on survival, so their psychological problems are almost exclusively related with problems of survival. At this phase, children’s psychology centered on survival operates identically for girls and boys, so the overall analysis of psychology doesn’t have to be differentiated by gender. However, girls and boys express differently since girls activate feelings and boys activate moods, so only the analysis of expression must be differentiated for boys and girls.

1. The information that flows in is perceived as positive when it promotes survival, but it is perceived as negative when the information is related with insecurity for or threat to survival. The observation of children’s perception and expression relating them with survival can lead to the accurate analysis of their psychological conditions. Children’s psychology can be stabilized by providing stable environment for adequate survival.

2. Children at this phase store in their memory the information necessary for survival. The information stored in memory is categorized into ones that promote survival and ones that impede survival. New information that flows in from outside is perceived as positive or negative for survival after being compared with the information stored in memory. Children in this phase try to accommodate as much information as possible for perception and memory, which may be necessary for survival.

3. Children may express positively when they feel that adequate survival is guaranteed, but express negatively when they feel their survival is destabilized or threatened. Any expression made by children at this phase must be analyzed based on the standard of adequate survival.

The analysis of children’s psychology in the phase of survival must be based on whether the child perceives the information as positive or negative with reference to the standard of survival. Resolving the relevant issue of survival as perceived by the child is necessary and sufficient condition for restoring the child’s psychology.

Children begin to move on to the phase of adaptation to relationships around the age of 3, where relationships with people around them are categorized into positive and negative ones, and the adaptation to relationships becomes the most crucial factor in determining the psychological conditions and development. The analysis of children’s psychology between the age 3 to 5 must take consideration of not only survival but also adaptation to relationships.

Psychology and happiness of children in the development phase of survival (under age 5)

Understanding children’s developmental process helps understand the training and the treatment mechanisms of Youth Mind Training and Mother therapy.

Let’s first look at psychology and happiness of children in the phase of survival (under ager 5)

Children’s psychology at this phase is operated centered on only survival. They need to be able to survive as a living human being well-fed and well taken care of. From the moment babies are born, all information is perceived with reference to the standard of survival. Information that flows in through sensory organs are judged against whether it promotes or impedes survival. Since psychology operates only with reference to survival, perception, memory, and expression of children at this phase are also tuned to only survival. Perceived information is processed and stored in memory being formed into habits required for survival. Positive expressions are manifested when the environment is favorable for survival, but negative expressions are manifested when it is not.

When children accumulate sufficient information and acquire abilities for survival in memory and feel they are in a stable environment for survival, they may proceed to the phase of adaptation to relationships. It is common that children begin to transfer to the phase of adaptation to relationships at about age 3. The phase of adaptation to relationships covers the ages from 5 to 13, and from age 3 to 7, the phase of survival and the phase of adaptation to relationships coexist.

Since only the psychology for survival is operating in children under age 5, they perceive that they are happy when their survival is secured, and perceive that they are unhappy when it is not. They may not consciously sense that they are happy or not, but their psychology operates with reference to this criterion.

Early education for accumulating knowledge provided for children under age 5 is not likely to be very effective from this perspective. Forcing young children to focus on knowledge aquisition when their psychology is designed to focus on survival may result in adverse effects or work as fruitless endeavors at most.

Development background and efficacy of Mother Therapy

I was able to newly define ‘the development of psychology’ as I developed ‘the Theory of Mimind, which is the operation of the mind and psychology of PIR.’ I have figured out that the operations of mind and psychology of children and adolescents are different from those of adults in self-actualization as I become able to analyze various psychological phenomena that occur in survival, adaptation to relationship, and formation of self-identity. This is how I started studying Mother Therapy.

So, I was able to study the basics of psychological phenomena, psychological problems, and psychological treatments of children in these phases by analyzing psychological phenomena that occur in survival, adaptation to relationship, and formation of self-identity and applying the principle of psychological operation.

In the process of resolving family problems and conjugal problems, I was asked by those who are suffering in difficulties from their children’s unresolved psychological problems to proceed with psychological treatment; it was found out that the operations of mind and psychology of children are different from those of adults in the phases of self-actualization. I was able to know that children’s psychological treatment can be done not too difficultly when treatment methods are applied to them through their mothers.

Also, the relationship with parents operate very importantly in phases of children’s survival, adaptation to relationship, and formation of self-identity; I’ve learned that emotions of mothers greatly impact those of children. By helping mothers to treat their children’s psychological problems based on the mother’s emotions (maternal love), the treatment process of children’s psychological problems has been shortened greatly. The efficacy was much greater as well. Based on these findings, I started studying ‘teaching method to mothers for their children’s psychological treatment.’ This was the beginning of the development of Mother Therapy.

Mother Therapy was developed in a way that does not require any help from experts, mother’s prior knowledge about their children’s psychological treatment, and specific counseling or treatment method for the children’s psychological treatment. It was designed to treat children’s psychological problems only with their mothers’ abilities.

Mother Therapy is more effective than any other existing psychological treatment method for children; it allows mothers to apply their abilities for their children’s psychological treatment. Mothers will have the abilities to resolve any kind of their children’s psychological problems that could occur in growth by themselves after they learn Mother Therapy.

This groundbreaking treatment method for psychological problems of children and adolescents was developed here for the first time in the world. Through this method, other counselors and experts who treat the psychological problems of children and adolescents will have a new paradigm. It is going to be the fastest and the most accurate psychological treatment method for children by making inadequate experts and counselor kicked off from the counseling field. Mother Therapy is the children’s psychological treatment method that ‘teaches mothers how to treat their children’s psychological problems and allows them to be able to treat the problems. The efficacy of children’s psychological treatment through existing counselors or experts was unsatisfied compared to time, efforts, and costs that you spent, but mothers can directly treat their children’s psychological problems by changing the way of thinking.

At Korea Institute of Psycho-education, treatment counseling and treatment training have been run to resolve and treat conjugal problems, family problems, psychological disorders, infidelity problems, xes troubles, etc. for about 20 years. In this process, the theory of mimind, the principles of the operations of mind and psychology of PIR, and various psychological treatment methods that treat psychology of adults, adolescents, and children are developed.

Especially, since I developed the treatment method of post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), I have treated many people; in the treatment process, many of them wished to know treatment method for their children’s psychological problems. They were able to treat not only themselves but also their children’s psychological problems. Mothers apply speech patterns and actions that need to be used for children so they can treat children's psychological problems that occur in reality, especially without analyzing children’s psychological problems. Any kind of counseling for the children’s psychological problems wasn’t done; mothers have become able to treat their children’s psychological problems without knowing the causes of occurrence of the psychological problems.

Most mothers have applied other counseling, treatment methods, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, etc. to treat their children’s psychological problems, but the problems were not treated in most cases; the treatment had to be maintained for a long time. In this process, many of mothers whose psychological problems have been treated by taking treatment counseling or treatment training wanted to know the methods to treat their children’s psychological problems.

I have taught mothers the method to treat their children’s psychological problems and checked the process of a treatment since 2012 until the present; I was able to prove that more than 90 % of them have been successful in treating their children’s psychological problems. It was analyzed that the remaining 10 %, who failed in treating their children’s psychological problems, did not apply the treatment method to their children even when they knew how to treat the children. These were the cases when mothers didn’t apply the psychological treatment methods to their children due to their own opinion that it is impossible to treat the problems without professional knowledge. In the end, in cases when mothers applied the treatment method for children’s psychological problems, it was discovered that most of the children’s psychological problems were treated after 1~6 months. The systematically developed method for mothers to treat their children’s psychological problems without knowing professional knowledge, without analyzing the cause of their psychological problems, without forcing them to take counseling is Mother Therapy. Later on, I was able to see that the success rate of children’s psychological treatment was very high when Mother Therapy was applied to children after mothers learned the contents to treat their children’s psychological problems.

You do not need to go through difficulties due to your children’s psychological problems. There is no need for you to visit other counselors, experts, scholars, treatment methods, etc. for your children’s psychological treatment. You can make yourself an expert in treating your children’s psychological problems.

I would like to let mothers know that it is not that difficult to treat children’s psychological problems. It is possible through Mother Therapy and can be discussed and studied through the caring mother society.
